How Does A Battery Charge Discharge Machine Work?
Discharge charging and activation testing:
Step 1: Connect the individual voltage collector (see Chapter 2.4 for details). It has the function of collecting individual units.
Step 2: Turn the discharge switch to the off position (to prevent reverse connection of the discharge cable and damage to the instrument; reverse connection alarm prompt).
Step 3: Connect one end of the discharge wire to the host and the other to both ends of the battery pack. (Pay attention to red positive, black negative). A reverse connection will result in an alarm prompt.
Step 4: Connect the entire set of voltage test wires to terminal 2 of the battery pack.
Step 5: Connect the host to the AC380V power supply and close the AC contactor switch.
Step 6: Insert the power supply and turn on the host.
Step 7: Enter the setting of discharge and charging parameters. Step 8: Turn the discharge switch to the closed position.
Step 9: "Confirm" to start testing.
